Still Life 2.0

Still Life 2.0 is a series of ceramic pieces created during a residency in Neumünster, Germany which concluded in a solo show. It aims to explore the nature and the relevance of divides such as art/craft, traditional/contemporary using simple household objects as reference. Playing with functionality and aesthetics, the artist invites viewer to interrogate what separates art and craft and to question notions of hierarchy.
