The wall installation Tea for One explores the link between drawings and objects, illustrating a personal journey in a new environment. The repetitive pattern was inspired by a trolley of white cups and saucers kept in the canteen of a school where the artist spent one year as artist in residence. Challenging the anonymity of the collective space, the cups are used as a canvas to record personal narratives.
