Our pottery is handmade and hand-decorated and may have certain irregularities that only add to its beauty. Make sure to check out the dimensions carefully (provided in centimetres) to avoid surprises.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Our prints are non exchangeable and non refundable. Please check the dimensions carefully before placing your order.
replacements & refunds
In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged box and/or damaged products and we will replace your order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
cancellation
We do not offer cancellations, due to logistical reasons. So please ensure that you are fully happy with your order before placing it. If you have any questions, you can always drop us a line.
