We ship only in India.
A shipping fee of INR 300 applies for all orders.
All our pottery is packed using recyclable and renewable materials including pine needles, which means you also receive the lovely fragrance of the hills in your box. You may decide to get creative with these or place them in your garden or your compost pit.
Pottery orders are shipped within 10 days. Nameplate orders take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
Atelier Lalmitti prints are made on order and are shipped directly from the printer's premises in Delhi.
Prints and pottery are subject to separate shipping fees that cannot be clubbed together.
To ensure timely delivery, please provide the complete and accurate shipping details including postcode and an Indian mobile number.
Orders are shipped with Delhivery. They will communicate your tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is picked up from our studio. These details will allow you to check the status of your order.
Please note that an OTP will be required at the time of delivery.
